Why Japanese Ferraris are different
The used market in Japan runs on maintenance records. Every car has a Shaken (inspection) history and a service history that is public and verified at auction. Combined with tax structures that favor low-mileage vehicles, this produces exceptional examples.
What to look for
Focus on cars with auction grade 4 or higher, complete Shaken history, and factory-original spec. Modifications are less common on Japanese-market Ferraris than European counterparts.
